Aggravated Homicide Charges
After investigating last month's fatal car crash by Fort Caspar, police have charged the driver with aggravated homicide.
They've determined that 39-year-old Heather Christensen was high on air duster when she blacked out, crashed her jeep and killed her passenger, 50-year-old Richard Dean Condelario.
On the afternoon of November 14th, Christensen was driving from Walmart into Mills on Wyoming Boulevard when witnesses say she crossed into the oncoming lane, collided with another vehicle before plowing into a light pole.
Both she and the victim were transported to the hospital where the victim later died. He was allegedly also high on air duster.
Today in court, Christensen told the judge she had mental problems, including Bipolar Disorder and anxiety issues. The judge then placed her on a $50,000 bond.
She now awaits preliminary hearing.
