Child Endangerment Case


Police have also arrested three Casper adults for allegedly leaving a child to wander off in the snow while they had sex with each other after doing meth. 



The mother, Jennifer Cromwell, told police she left her 5-year-old child with a man, Kirk Steffey, to have sex with his girlfriend, April Orner last night.  The male said he joined later. 

Shortly after, witnesses found the boy in the streets, shivering in 13-degree weather and calling for his mother. 

When police entered the home, they reported finding meth, a razor blade and a knife on the floor and coffee table. 

All three adults have been charged with child endangerment and possession of meth.
