Dan shares a super easy hot apple cider recipe and a delicious and quick morning casserole, perfect for whipping up in no time!
Hot Apple Cider Recipe:
In a slow cooker, combine apple cider and cinnamon sticks.
Wrap allspice and cloves in a small piece of cheesecloth, and add to pot.
Stir in brown sugar.
Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat and keep warm.
Cranberry Baked Ham Casserole Recipe:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large skillet, brown ham lightly in butter.
In a saucepan, bring water and sugar to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Add 3/4 cup cranberries and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
Combine ham with cranberry mixture; pour into baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° F. for about 20 minutes.
Add remaining 1/2 cup cranberries and bake an additional 15 minutes.
