Mountain Fit/Ascent CrossFit Week 2 WOD #3

Today you will complete a workout that incorporates two exercises that you may already be familiar with. You will start by doing 10 sit-ups, then going directly to a run for 30 seconds. This run can either be done as you travel somewhere or in place. You then do 9 sit-ups, run 30 seconds, and so on until you get to 1. Today’s WOD requires that you perform these as quickly as possible.


Today's WOD:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 sets of sit ups, and run for 30 seconds in between each set.
