Bank Robbery Suspect Arrested

The Casper Police Department, in conjunction with the F.B.I, arrested a man they believe robbed the downtown branch of Hilltop National Bank on February 25.

26-Year-Old Michael Sanders of Mills made his initial appearance in court Wednesday afternoon.

Sanders is charged with 3 felonies, including armed robbery, as well as possession of marijuana and intent to deliver. Court documents say Sanders pulled out a large kitchen knife and demanded all of the large bills in the teller's drawer. 
   
Sanders previously served three years in Ohio for robbing a bank.  Police do believe he acted alone in this case.
