Court Documents Revealed in Glenrock Abduction

K2's Megan Contreras reveals the details on the once sealed court documents in the Glenrock Abduction.

Newly released court records provide more details about what happened to a 2-year-old Glenrock girl, who was allegedly kidnapped from her home last month.
The court documents allege that 22 year old Robert Parks of Casper stole a jeep, and then took the 2-year-old girl from her home, and later sexually assaulted her before abandoning the vehicle on May 19th.
The documents say biological evidence, along with Park's Wyoming State i.d. card were found in the jeep.
Authorities discovered the jeep with the 2-year-old girl inside about 3 hours after her mother reported her missing at 9:30.
The mother said she had last seen the girl around 3 a.m.
Police say the girl was sexually assaulted.
Cellphone records show a call was made on Parks phone shortly after 3 a.m. from near the town of Glenrock, and that the phone was about eight miles south of town at around 6 a.m. and was not returned to town until almost 9 a.m.
Two witnesses say they saw Parks in the area near Boxelder road about 8 a.m.
The abandoned jeep was found in that same area south of town, around 12:30 that afternoon.
Parks told officers he was driving in the mountains with the jeep's owner and ran out of gas.
The owner of the jeep, said he had not been in the vehicle that day.
Parks is charged with aggravated kidnapping, first degree sexual abuse of a minor and felony larceny.
If convicted, he could spend the rest of his life in prison.
