Shoshoni mushroom and swiss burger1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb pork sausage
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
4 slices of deli Swiss cheese
4 hamburger buns
8 oz. sliced Shoshoni Mushrooms
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Preheat the grill to medium heat
Combine beef, sausage, salt and pepper into a bowl. Mix well and form into 4 hamburger patties.Grill until the burgers reach desired doneness
While the burgers are grilling, prepare the mushrooms on the stovetop.
In a medium pan, heat the Olive oil over medium heat.
When the olive oil is hot, add the mushrooms and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add garlic and Worcestershire sauce to the mushrooms and continue cooking until the mushrooms are soft.
Top each burger with a slice of Swiss cheese
Top each burger with some mushrooms
