Mountain Fit/Ascent CrossFit Week 3 WOD #4
Today you are going to do a workout that requires 5 rounds of each exercise listed. You will time today’s WOD, so go as quickly as possible without compromising good form.
Today's WOD:
5 Rounds for time:
10 Chair Dips
10 Push ups
20 Walking lunges (10 each leg)
10 Burpees
