Man Charged With Making

A Casper man is charged with making terroristic threats, after allegedly threatening employees at the Verizon cellphone store in the Eastridge Mall.
Police received a call Friday morning that a customer was being extremely violent, and that Verizon employees had locked the store down. The alleged customer, Robbey Swank was gone when police arrived. However, a mall security officer said she had stopped him, before he tried to re-enter the store.
The Verizon manager told police that Swank was screaming and threatening employees. The manager then said Swank threatened to shoot him. Before leaving Swanky allegedly told the manager he would, in fact, shoot him.
The manager then locked the doors and closed the security gate, until police arrived.
Swank was later arrested at his home where he denied yelling, and also denied owning any firearms.
