Swank Charged with Making "Terroristic Threats"

A Casper man is charged with making "terroristic threats," after allegedly threatening employees at the Verizon cellphone store in the Eastridge Mall.
Robbey Swank appeared in court Thursday morning  addressing bond issues and continuing his charges of threats to the Verizon employees.
Swank's lawyer asked for his bond to be reduced from $25,000 to $2,500, because he is scheduled to have back surgery. The District Attorney argued Swank is a threat to the community and the current bond was appropriate. Judge Patchen, said "It is a tough one," and proceeded to keep the initial bond amount.
Swank's charges will continue to district court.
