Horses Tails and Manes Chopped Off

Two more incidents of horse tails being cut off have been reported in Natrona County. 

But it's not just horse tails. 

Horses manes have also been chopped off as well. 

We spoke with horse owners from Livestock Motel in Natrona County about the growing statewide issue.
