Budget Cuts Still a Focus for Gov. Mead

As thousands of people across the state prepare for eight percent budget cuts, the complaints from state agencies continue to pile in. 
 
Governor Mead says in addition to the problems posed by low natural gas prices, the state has also experienced several unexpected losses. As a result, Mead says he is approaching the upcoming legislative session with a different mindset.
