Vans Custom Culture ContestVans has kicked of their 4th annual nationwide "Custom Culture Contest" and is giving Wyoming high schools the chance to win $50,000 for their art program!
But that's not all... the winner will also have the opportunity to have their shoes produced & sold in Vans and Journeys stores nationwide.
Scott Byrer, Vans Project Manager traveled from California to share this exciting opportunity with our viewers!
Teachers and administrators can visit www.vans.com/customculture/ NOW to register. Registration ends FEBRUARY 11, so don’t miss out.
The schools will be provided with four different blank shoes, and students are asked to design around 4 main themes: action sports, art, music and “local flavor.”
Vans has curated a national group of influencers, artists, media, and celebrities to drive awareness for Custom Culture, including K2TV’s Ali Bradley. Ali put her own touch on this pair of blank Vans... and Ali now challenges Wyoming schools to register and put their design skills to the test.
Vans Custom Culture has also teamed up with actress Emma Roberts to promote the program as the Vans Custom Culture Celebrity Ambassador.
