Low Gas Prices Vary Throughout Wyoming

According to www.gasbuddy.com, Wyoming has the lowest average gas price across the United States.  In Casper prices have fallen as low as $2.54/gal, but that's not the case for the entire state.  Several gas stations in Fremont County have yet to break the $3.00 mark, Xavier Walton tells us why.
