NCSD Schools on Lockdown after Internet Threat

Casper police say around 7 this morning, they received a non-specific threat on the Internet, against the Casper area, involving baseball bats, kitchen knives, and firearms.  All Natrona County schools are on level 2 Lockdown.  The threat is not directed to any schools, again, just the Casper area.  The investigation is ongoing.  A Level 2 Lockdown means all external doors are locked. There is restricted access into or out of the building. No outside activities are allowed. Activity within the building resumes as normal.
