Mountain Fit/ Ascent CrossFit Week 5 WOD #3

Today you are going to do a workout that requires you to either run or walk as fast as you can for 20 minutes. You can also choose to do a mixture of the two. Following you will complete as many “hands off deck” pushups as you can do in 2 minutes. This means at the bottom of your pushup, rest your chest on the ground and lift your hands off of the floor before starting the next one.

Today's WOD:

Run or walk or do a mixture of the two for 20 minutes.  Once you are finished, do as many “Hands off Deck” pushups as possible in 2 minutes
