Legislature Considers Lotto Bill

Over the last year, the state has lost millions of dollars by not having a lottery. Record high lottery and powerball tickets sent thousands of Wyomingites across the border to Colorado with hopes of cashing in. 
 
However, a new bill introduced in the House of Representatives could keep those dollars and miles traveled within the Cowboy State.
