Woman Stays Hopeful For Alcohol Tax Increase

The Wyoming Legislature has considered their fair share of bills so far this year, but for a Riverton woman there's one bill that hasn't been proposed. Nancy Eckstein has been seeking support for the past two years on raising Wyoming's alcohol tax, something that hasn't been done in decades.
