Legislative Session Passes Halfway Mark

The Legislature has now passed the halfway point in this year's session, and lawmakers say they are ahead of schedule. 
 
Some of the hot topics have included restructuring the education department, a lottery possibly coming to the Cowboy State, and a tight budget full of cuts.
