Lottery Bill Passes First Senate Vote
After passing a vote by the House, The Lottery Bill passed its preliminary stages in the Senate on Wednesday afternoon with a vote of 17-12.
Supporters Of House Bill 77 say the bill could bring millions of dollars in revenue into Wyoming. Opponents say the Lottery is nothing but a glorified form of gambling. K2's Cassandra Hager spoke with Senators on both sides of the debate.
