Storm of the Century That Wasn't
by Xavier Walton, xwalton@k2tv.comThe National Weather Service issued a blizzard warning for southeastern Wyoming late Friday night into Saturday as that storm system was expected to dump nearly a foot of snow.
The storm system caused so much concern throughout the state that WYDOT, along with other state-run agencies started preparing a full 24-hours in advance. However, the storm of the century that everyone raved about turned into the storm that wasn't.
