12 whole button mushrooms

2 tablespoons chopped garlic

Trim fat off steak and cut into 24 cubes. Thread beef, zucchini, squash, peppers, mushrooms and onions on to each skewer.

In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic and chives; salt and pepper to taste.
Prepare grill to medium heat. Brush kabobs with melted garlic butter.
Place kabobs on grill.

Grill, turning occasionally and brushing with butter, 7-9 minutes or until desired doneness is reached (145 degrees for medium rare, 160 for medium).

 Pizza on the Grill
Preheat your grill to a high setting and brush the grates lightly with olive oil.
Decide weather to make your dough from scratch, or buy it from the local supermarket
Roll, stretch or pat out your dough into a circle or oblong shape approximately 1/4 inch thick. It is easiest to shape your dough right onto a lightly floured pizza paddle.
Brush both sides of the dough lightly with olive oil and place it right onto the hot grill.
Turn the crust over when it looks like it has set, which should take about 2 minutes.
Cover the pizza dough with your favorite sauce and sprinkle shredded or sliced mozzarella over the sauce. Add any toppings that you like on your pizza.
Close the grill cover and cook pizza until the crust has turned a golden brown and the cheese is hot and bubbling. This should only take about five minutes on a hot grill.
Remove the pizza from the grill using your pizza paddle. Let it cool a little, then eat and enjoy.
