Christmas Tree Drop Off Locations

Submitted By: Liz Cooper, LCooper@K2TV.com

Casper, Mills and Evansville are once again making Christmas tree recycling easy and convenient.

The three municipalities have set up drop off locations that will be available until the end of January.

By offering drop off locations, Casper, Mills and Evansville hope to recycle 100% of live Christmas trees purchased in Casper.

The trees will be ground into wood chips and composted.

Trees should be free of tinsel, lights and other decorations.

Drop off locations are open 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.

The Balefill compost yard will also accept trees and is open 7:30 am and 4:00 pm Monday through Saturday.
