Double Homicide Suspect Appears in Court

The Laramie County prosecutor says he may seek the death penalty for a 32-year old Cheyenne man accused of murdering two people and critically wounding a third person. Court documents say the shootings were the result of a marijuana deal gone bad. 
 Nathaniel Castellanos appeared this afternoon in Laramie county circuit court. Judge denise nau ordered him held without bail, pending a preliminary hearing on september first. 
Castellanos is accused of shooting and killing Corey Walker and Megan McIntosh of Cheyenne. Amber McGuire was wounded, and is still hospitalized.    
Castellanos told police that another man fired the shots, and fled from the scene.
