11/08/17 Stacie's Bakery: Thanksgiving Side Dishes

Haven't figured out what to take to Thanksgiving Dinner yet? We've got to covered! Stacie from Stacie's Bakery is showing us some easy recipes to bring!

1/4 Cup of Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp of Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp of Minced Shallot
1 small garlic clove, finely grated
1/4 tsp of kosher salt
Fresh ground pepper
2 Large Bunches of Spinach
12 Ounces of Brussels Sprouts, trimmed or finely grated
1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup of almonds,, chopped
1/3 cup of fresh parmesan
Roasted Pumpkin seeds
3 Tbsp Craisins

Combine lemon, dijon mustard, shallot, garlic, salt, and pepper to bow, blend for dressing

Add spinach and brussels sprouts and mix

Crisp almonds on pan with olive oil, add pumpkin seeds for two minutes, when done, pat with paper towel on a separate plate

Put 1/4 cup of olive oil in dressing, pour over spinach and brussel sprouts, add cheese and nuts and craisins
