Deadline Set for Castellanos

Prosecutors have until the end of the month to decide if they will pursue the death penalty in a Cheyenne murder case.
Laramie County District Court judge Peter Arnold has ordered an October 31st deadline in the case against Nathaniel Castellanos.
Castellanos pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder charges during his arraignment last week. He is accused of fatally shooting two people and critically injuring a third in his Cheyenne home on august 24th. Authorities say the shootings were part of a drug deal gone bad.
